ChargeLogic Connect Hosted Orders

Once the three-way link between an e-commerce site, ChargeLogic Connect, and Dynamics NAV has been established, the e-commerce site can send payment information through ChargeLogic Connect and that payment information populates into Dynamics NAV automatically once the web order is imported. However, importing a feed of web orders into Dynamics NAV is typically a manual process of either hand-keying orders based on an email alert or saving a file to disk and running an import routine.

Hosted Orders adds the ability to fill that gap by allowing the e-commerce site to send both payment information and order details to the ChargeLogic Connect service using the same three-way link. The orders and payment details are held securely on the ChargeLogic Connect servers until Dynamics NAV polls for web orders on a periodic basis. At that time, all pending web orders are created in Dynamics NAV as Sales Orders with all appropriate payment information attached to them.
