ChargeLogic Receives Visa PABP Acceptance
Baltimore, MD - January 08, 2008 - ChargeLogic v. 3.0 has received Visa CISP (Cardholder Information Security Program) PABP (Payment Application Best Practices) acceptance, based upon the assessment and opinion of Fortrex Technologies and Visa. CISP-compliant applications minimize the potential for security breaches leading to compromises of full magnetic stripe data or CVV2, and the potential for damaging fraud resulting from these security breaches. CISP-complicant applications are revalidated annually.
ChargeLogic is included on Visa's List of Validated Payment Applications. This list (www.visa.com/cisp) acknowledges software vendors that have shown their commitment to security by meeting the CISP Payment Application Best Practices.
