ChargeLogic Connect Signup

The ChargeLogic Connect platform enables you to securely accept web-based payments and manage that data in Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central. ChargeLogic Connect provides the following services such as Click-to-Pay Invoices, E-commerce Payments and Hosted Orders, and Payment Portal. Services may vary depending on your selected Payments/Retail Express Package.

Business Information

For the following set of fields, please enter your physical business address information. This information should match the name and address that is on file with your payment processor.

Business Contact Information

Please provide your business contact. This address will receive monthly invoices and non-technical communications about your ChargeLogic Connect account.

Technical Contact Information

Please provide the contact information to receive ChargeLogic Connect service update communications, maintenance communications, and other technical service-related communications.

Dynamics NAV or Business Central Version

We need a little bit of information about your Dynamics system. This can usually be found in the Help/About dialog box in the Dynamics application. Usually, the first version number is the Application version and the second version number is the Engine version number.For example, if you see "Version US Dynamics NAV 6.0 SP1 (6.00.29626)", "US Dynamics NAV 6.0 SP1" is your application version and 6.00.29626 is your engine version.

ChargeLogic Payments

You can find your ChargeLogic Payments version by opening the EFT Setup Card and looking at the Version tab or FastTab. Alternatively, you can look at the Version List of the EFT Transaction table in Object Designer.

Web Application

In order to provision your account, we need to know which e-commerce/shopping cart application you are using for your website. If you are not using ChargeLogic Connect for e-commerce, you can leave this section blank.

Payment Portal

In order to provision your account, for the Payment Portal, there is some additional information that we need to collect. If you are not using the ChargeLogic Payment Portal, you can leave this section blank.

Please upload a PNG file of the company logo you would like displayed on the Payment Portal. The maximum height is 60px. The width can be up to 500px max.

In addition to adding your logo to the Payment Portal, you can further customize the experience for your customers by selecting a Primary and Secondary color. The colors need to be 6 hex characters, which is standard for web colors. Here's a site that helps: https://www.color-hex.com/

For an additional $25 per month, you can also add a custom URL for your Payment Portal. The URL needs to be in a domain that you control. For example, if your business is named Example Corporation and you own example.com, you could have your portal be portal.example.com or pay.example. Card Types

When using the ChargeLogic Checkout functionality on your e-commerce website, ChargeLogic Connect will provide a drop-down list of card types for your customer to select from. Please choose the card types that you want to accept on your e-commerce website. If you are not using ChargeLogic Connect for e-commerce, select the card types that you accept in the back office.

Fraud Protection

ChargeLogic Connect can help you fight fraudulent transactions by making use of the payment network's Address Verification System (AVS) and Card Verification Values (CVV). ChargeLogic Connect automatically requests AVS on every authorization, while your e-commerce site determines whether the CVV is required. The AVS and CVV responses are transmitted to ChargeLogic Connect from the card issuer as a part of an Approval response. ChargeLogic Connect may reverse Approved transactions, preventing submission of the order, if they trigger a Fraud Protection rule. These Fraud Protection settings are optional and can be changed upon request. You can contact ChargeLogic to change these settings once your are set up with the ChargeLogic Connect service.

Click-to-Pay

Click-to-Pay allows you to send a link to your customer to pay your invoices and statements online via our hosted payment page.

Enter the Email Address from which Click-to-Pay emails from our server should appear to come from.
