The ChargeLogic Partner Program is a great way to generate ongoing revenues from your Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV customers. Whether you are a long-time ChargeLogic partner with many product experts on your team or you are new to ChargeLogic solutions and want to refer a qualified lead to our team, we have a program for you.

Partner Tiers

We offer three partnership levels depending upon your needs, business model, and capabilities. These programs are designed for businesses that participate as a Microsoft Cloud Service Provider (CSP) or a Microsoft Dynamics NAV certified partner. Partners are assigned a level upon signup and have the option of changing levels during the renewal period each year.

Gold Partner

ChargeLogic Gold partners are our premiere solution ambassadors. This program is designed for partners with significant ChargeLogic experience and a dedication to maintaining trained sales, implementation, and support staff to manage and assist customers. These partners are significantly invested in ChargeLogic and therefore need less support and guidance from our team, earning them higher referrals.

Benefits:

    • Sell ChargeLogic solutions for Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV SaaS and on-premise perpetual software.
  • Free use of ChargeLogic apps for demos and testing in a Cronus company.
  • Margin for perpetual software plus margin on maintenance fees.
  • Residual on merchant services, ChargeLogic transaction fees, and specified ChargeLogic applications.
  • Access to ChargeLogic’s Partner Portal for knowledge base articles, recorded trainings, documentation, sales & marketing materials, and more.
  • Free support with unlimited ticket submissions.
  • Instructor-led training.
  • ChargeLogic website listing.
  • Partner relations. Dedicated Channel Manager for relationship management, sales discovery, demos, sales quotes, merchant services boarding, and sales training.
  • Software. Free ChargeLogic software for internal use. ChargeLogic merchant services account required. Transaction and other fees may apply.

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Cloud Service Provider (CSP) or Microsoft Dynamics NAV certified partner.
    • 5 New Customers per year
    • $5M in new processing volume annually
    • Leads must be submitted via ChargeLogic’s online lead referral form found at https://www.chargelogic.com/partners/referral/
  • Proven commitment to learning and supporting ChargeLogic solutions.
  • Attendance of at least one person to annual online ChargeLogic product training.
  • Customer Management. Complete ownership and management of customers throughout the sales, implementation, and support lifecycles for our joint customers.

Limitations:

  • In order to receive referral fees:
    • The customer must be active for 90 days prior to the end of the first referral period.
    • The monthly residual payments total at least $1.00/quarter.
  • All merchant services, SaaS, and transaction pricing are set and negotiated by ChargeLogic.

Silver Partner

ChargeLogic Silver partners are invested in learning ChargeLogic solutions but may be new to the product or may be in the process of building their team. This partnership level provides the opportunity to leverage ChargeLogic for fee-based implementation services and shadow opportunities for training. ChargeLogic Silver partners have the flexibility of relying on ChargeLogic to perform implementations for their customers and earn free support with each sale. This is a great way to become a product expert and work your way towards a ChargeLogic Gold partnership.

    • Sell ChargeLogic solutions for Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV SaaS and on-premise perpetual.
    • Free use of ChargeLogic apps for demos and testing in a Cronus company.
  • Margin for perpetual software plus  margin on maintenance fees.
  • Residual on merchant services, ChargeLogic transaction fees, & ChargeLogic SaaS software where applicable.
  • Implementation Support. Fee-based implementation services provided by ChargeLogic billed to partner or customer. Partner can choose to shadow as a training exercise.
  • Access to ChargeLogic’s Partner Portal for knowledge base articles, recorded trainings, documentation, sales & marketing materials, and more.
  • Earn five free support incidents credited to partner account per each sale of ChargeLogic software. Identified bugs in ChargeLogic’s code do not deduct from your credits.
  • ChargeLogic website listing.
  • Partner relations. Access to Channel Management Team pre-sales support including assistance with sales discovery, demos, sales quotes, merchant services boarding, and sales training.
  • Software. Free ChargeLogic software for internal use. ChargeLogic merchant services account required. Transaction and other fees may apply.

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Cloud Service Provider (CSP) or Microsoft Dynamics NAV certified partner.
  • One sale per contract year.
  • Leads must be submitted via ChargeLogic’s online lead referral form found at https://www.chargelogic.com/partners/referral/.
  • Attendance of at least one person to annual online ChargeLogic product training.
  • Customer Management. Manages customers throughout the sales, implementation, and support lifecycles for our joint customers.
  • Commitment to learning and supporting ChargeLogic solutions.

Referral Partner

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Cloud Service Provider (CSP)
    • Leads must be submitted via ChargeLogic’s online lead referral form found at https://www.chargelogic.com/partners/referral/.
      • Customer must have plans to implement or already be live on Dynamics 365 Business Central.
      • Customer must be prepared to share current merchant services statements and/or provide payment processing projections and bank statements if new to payment processing.
