How To Add Comments to a Sale or Return

When performing a Sale or Return in ChargeLogic Retail Express, you may find it useful to add comments to a line in order to provide an explanation or additional information for future reference.

How To Add a Comment

From any Retail Express Sale or Return, use the Add Comment button to add a comment to the current Sale or Return.

Enter your comment into the dialog and click OK.

A comment line will be added to the bottom of Sales Lines for this document. To remove the comment line, click the trash can icon and the line will be deleted.
